This traditional Brazilian cooking sauce takes influence from Thailand and Africa, it is a well-balanced sauce made with Meridian Peanut Butter, ginger and lemon. This gluten free, diary free sauce is perfect with chicken & prawns or tofu for a vegan option.

Water, Peanut (17%), Ginger, Onions, Garlic, White Wine Vinegar, Soya Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Spirit Vinegar), Tomato Paste, Agave Syrup, Rapeseed Oil, Stabiliser: Modified Maize Starch, Lemon Juice Concentrated, Salt, Parsley, Coriander Leaf, Pimento, Rosemary, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.
