100% Stoneground OATMEAL

On the Hob 1. Place 40g Medium Oatmeal in a saucepan and mix well with 285ml (1/2 pint) of water. If you like your porridge creamier make with milk or a combination of milk and water. 2. Stir continuously until the porridge comes to the boil. 3. Reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 6-8 minutes, depending on how coarse you like the texture, stirring occasionally. For a smoother texture soak the ingredients overnight, bring to the boil then simmer for 4-6 minutes.

Store in a cool dry place.
