just green tea kombucha, nothing added and nothing taken away. Our Original kombucha has a light 'appley' taste that sits somewhere between a flat scrumpy cider and an apple cider vinegar (don't worry, it's not alcoholic). Palate cleansing and refreshing it can be drunk on its own or with some soda water if you prefer a milder taste and a bit more fizz Shelf life: 2 years from date of bottling. Love kombucha is flat when bottled and carbonates naturally when stored at room temperature. Love Kombucha actually improves with age (much like a fine wine!)

Filtered water, Organic Sugar (of which only traces remain in the finished product), Organic green tea and Kombucha culture (removed before bottling) .
