Strong and aromatic, ling heather honey is highly prized. It has a jelly-like consistency which distinguishes it from other honey. Collected from London Honey Company beehives on the Long Mynd in Shropshire, after the late summer floral bloom of heather. This honey is amazing with yoghurt and fruit, or to make granola with for a fantastic weekend treat. The London Honey Company's honey is always unpasteurised and minimally filtered.
