This delicious mix of flaxseed, sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds and goji berries is bursting with a range of essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals to deliver some excellent health benefits. It has all the great benefits of flaxseed, but the additional ingredients introduce vitamins such as vitamin D, vitamin E and B vitamins into the mix.

B vitamins are water soluble vitamins meaning they are quickly depleted from the body and it is therefore necessary to consume these regularly. Vitamin b1 (also known as thiamine) is needed to help convert carbohydrate into glucose and other B vitamins are needed at cellular level to convert glucose into energy. Vitamin B1 also maintains healthy body metabolism and heart function. Vitamin b deficiency can lead to decreased energy production, lethargy and fatigue.

This energy rich blend is nutritionally dense to support a balanced diet and active lifestyle. The finely ground texture of this mix means it is a substantial addition to any meal at any time of the day. Delicious in yogurt or sprinkled over salads for a nutritious boost. One serving provides 6.2g of protein, 5.9g of fibre and 14 percent of your RDA of zinc and 11 percent of RDA of iron.

43.5% Organic Flaxseed, 15% Organic Pumpkin Seeds, 15% Organic Sunflower Seeds, 12.5% Organic Sesame Seeds, 12.5% Goji Berries, 1.5% Corn Starch (Anti-Caking Agent).

Add two heaped dessert spoonfuls daily (30g) to any meal or snack. Try adding to cereal, porridge, fruit, yoghurt, salads, smoothies, casseroles, stir-fry & more. Our tasty and nutritious healthy super foods can be added to complement any meal at any time of the day. We recommend 25 - 30 grams two heaped dessert spoonfuls daily.
