These Capsules contain only dried Slippery Elm in a hard capsule shell to maintain the potency of the plant. The bark is pure and no additives of any kind are used in the manufacturing process.

Powdered Slippery Elm Bark (Ulmus rubra), Vegetarian Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose).

Take one or two capsules with water or as a drink (see below) just prior to the main meal. Take no more than 6 capsules a day.

AS A DRINK Mix the contents of one or two capsules to a smooth paste with cold water and then slowly add boiling water (or milk if preferred), stirring briskly.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.
