Lifeplan's Multi Immune Complex is vegetarian friendly and specially formulated with vitamins, minerals, botanicals and freeze dried manuka honey. It contains 100% NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) of Vitamins A and C and also the minerals Selenium and Zinc which all contribute to the normal function of the immune system. The added 10ug of Vitamin D (200% NRV), also plays a role in the normal function of the immune system. The Department of Health and Social Care recommend children aged 1 and over and adults should consider taking a daily supplement containing 10 micrograms (ug) of vitamin D particularly during the autumn and winter months, when we are not able to absorb much sunlight.
