Lifeplan Evening Primrose Oil contains a good source of GLA and a 100% RDA of Vitamin E. Many women choose Evening Primrose Oil to help maintain hormonal balance, healthy skin and the suppleness of joints.

Evening primrose oil, starflower oil (Oil of Borago Officinalis), capsule shell (Gelatine, Glycerine), vitamin E.
