Apple Pomace (57.8%), Blackberry Leaves (9%), Citric Acid (5.1), Malic Acid (5.1%), Lemon Peel (5%), Lemon Grass (5%), Maltodextrin (5.1%), Chicory Root Roasted (3%), Lime Juice (2.25%), Lemon Flavouring (1.7%), Rosehips (1%).

Place the filter bag in a cup or in a warmed pot (one per person). Add boiling water. Leave for 5 minutes to bring out the full flavour.
Can also be left to chill in the fridge for a lovely refreshing boost!
