Skilfully handmade in Egypt, this LoofCo Washing-Up Pad is a long-lasting 100% biodegradable alternative to plastic washing-up sponges. Fitting neatly in your hand, this pad expands and softens in water making it flexible to bend around rims of glasses, fit into mugs and reach into corners whilst still having plenty of scrubbing power. This handy two pack is great to have in your kitchen and both pads have a convenient hanging string to hang them in an easy-to-reach place. Utilising a slice of natural, Egyptian-grown fibre for simple, highly effective cleaning means that this washing pad is biodegradable and can be composted when worn out, saving waste in landfill.

After use, rinse and hang from string loop to dry. Your loofah can occasionally be refreshed in the washing machine if need be.

When dry, our washing up pads will feel quite course and stiff however once the loofah is soaked in water it will expand and become soft, especially good for non stick pans.

After each use, squeeze out any excess water then shake out any food particles and hang to dry.

You can even wash your loofah in the washing machine occasionally or by hand.

Soak in baking soda to freshen up and give a good thorough clean, make sure to rinse well before reusing.
