Sea Kelp is a type of marine aglae often found growing near the coastline, where the water is shallower and more nutrient rich (our Sea Kelp is sourced from the West coast of Ireland) and is a rich natural source of Iodine.
Iodine is used by the thyroid gland to produce thyroid hormones. The hormones triodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) regulate the body's metabolism and also the metabolism of food in the intestines.

Sea Kelp Powder (Ascophyllum Nodosum), Bulking Agents (Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Flavouring (Aniseed Oil)
As a supplement, take two tablets daily, preferably with a little liquid before food.
