Flat, silky noodles that are traditionally used in Pad Thai, a Thai stir-fry dish which combines elements of lemongrass, roasted peanuts, chilli and garlic. However, noodles are a highly versatile staple food so try using in dishes such as salads and flat spaghetti instead of pasta as a healthy, gluten-free alternative.

King Soba Organic Fairtrade Pad Thai Noodles are ideal for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs or gluten and wheat sensitive.

Fairtrade Organic Brown rice flour, Organic Corn Starch, Organic Potato Starch.

To prepare: Bring water to a rolling boil and slowly submerge noodles then reduce to medium heat. Gently separate noodles with a fork. Cook for 3 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse well with cold water. Add to your ingredients or sauce.
