Organic Buckwheat flour, water.

Bring a pan of water to a rolling boil.

Remove paper tie and submerge noodles in water.

Bring back to the boil then reduce to a medium heat.

Cook for 3 minutes only.

Do not overcook.

Drain noodles in a colander and refresh well with cold water.
