King Soba Organic Taro & Ginger Soba Noodles are based on the Japanese style flat noodles, which are traditionally made from buckwheat and regular wheat. King Soba have added Taro, a nourishing root vegetable which has long been used as a staple in Oriental cooking.

Buckwheat Flour(40%)*, Wheat Flour*, Taro Root*(5%), Ginger Powder*(1%). *Certified Organic ingredient.

Bring a pan of water to the boil and slowly add King Soba Organic Taro & Ginger Soba Noodles until submerged.
Reduce to medium heat and cook for three minutes.
Drain noodles in a colander and then refresh with cold water.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
