Wheat and gluten free and made from 100 percent buckwheat, a plant with a high protein and fibre content and high levels of minerals such as magnesium. Suitable for wheat free diets as it is not a type of wheat but a seed of a broad leaf plant related to the rhubarb family. Buckwheat is also a low glycemic index food and ideal for the GI diet.

Organic buckwheat flour, water.

To prepare these rich hearty Japanese noodles, bring 2 litres of water to the boil, add noodles (100g per serving) and stir. To avoid noodles breaking apart, boil gently for 5 mins then rinse immediately under cold water.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
