King Soba Organic 40% Buckwheat Soba Noodles are based on traditional Japanese noodles, a staple food of oriental cuisine. These noodles contain 40% buckwheat and 60% wheat which combine to give them a nutty taste.

Buckwheat Flour (40%), Wheat Flour.

Bring a pan of water to a roiling boil.
Add King Soba Organic 40% Buckwheat Soba Noodles slowly until submerged.
Bring back to a boil and then reduce to medium heat.
Cook for a maximum of four minutes.
Drain noodles in a colander and then refresh with cold water.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
