Simply add boiling water, give it a good stir and leave it to set.

Ingredients: Raw cane sugar, gelling agents (carrageenan, locust bean gum), citric acid, natural flavours 1.1% (pineapple, orange, lemon), acidity regulator (potassium citrate).


1. Empty the sachet into a measuring jug.

2. Make up to 1 pint (568ml) with boiling water.

3. Stir until fully dissolved.

4. Pour into a bowl or mould.

5. Leave to cool, then chill in the fridge until set.
