We wanted to create something spectacular, light and tasty: we added Extra virgin Olive Oil to give you a traditional taste with a refreshing twist! Try it in your recipes as a lactose-free alternative, as a dressing cream or just use your immagination!

Water, Italian millet* (20%), extra virgin olive oil*(11%), tapioca starch*, thickener: locust bean gum*, sea salt.(*=organic.)

Shake well before use. After opening keep refrigerated and consume within 3-4 days.
