Island Bakery Organics are creators of some of the most indulgent and delicious organic biscuits you're likely to find. Based on the Scottish Isle of Mull, they bake in small batches, ensuring personal care goes into each and every one. As well as using only the best organic ingredients in generous proportions, they also insist that all of their flavours come from real ingredients rather than the chemical flavourings that lesser brands rely on to hide their cheap ingredients. Their Lemon and Lime flavoured biscuits use pure citrus oils for example, and their Apple Crumbles are filled with big glugs of apple juice.
