Creatine Monohydrate.

Start by taking a loading phase with 20g (4 x daily 5g) of creapure per day over 5 days, followed by a maintenance phase with 2 to 5g (once a day) is standard for athletes.

Depending on body weight, the following values can be used: 0.3g creapure per kg body weight per day during the loading phase and 0.03g creapure per kg body weight per day during the maintenance phase. Alternatively, a lower dose over a longer period (3g a day for 28 days) can produce the same levels of creatine in muscles. Taking larger amounts of creapure for more than 5 days does not result in significantly higher creatine levels, so is unnecessary.
