B-50 provides a full complement of B-Vitamins plus Choline and Inositol. Together, these vitamins work to support energy production, maintain healthy serum levels of homocysteine, and promote a healthy nervous system.

Thiamin (Vitamin B-1) (from Thiamin HCI), Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2), Niacin (Vitamin B-3) (as Niacinamide), Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCI), Pantothenic Acid (from calcium pantothenate), Choline (from Choline Bitartrate), PABA, Inositol, Folate (as Folic Acid), Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin), Biotin. Other ingredients: Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.
