It is also an important component of hair, nails and the keratin of the skin. Cysteine stabilizes protein structure and aids in the formation of collagen, being thereby indispensable to skin, hair and nail health

Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 60 mg 67% Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCl) 10 mg 588% L-Cysteine (from 664 mg L-Cysteine HCI)

Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), vegetarian coating, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and citric acid.
