CNP Pro Creatine E2 is an advanced form of creatine ethyl ester (CEE) which is rapidly and efficiently absorbed into the muscles. Creatine is a natural substance found in muscle tissue and increasing the muscles creatine stores will enhance physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, such as weightlifting or sprinting. Pro Creatine E2 needs no loading phase and at least 3g should be taken daily to achieve the beneficial effect.

Creatine Ethyl Ester Hydrochloride, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate), Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Purified Water, Colour (E171)).

Take 4 tablets twice per day (8 tablets in all). Take four in the morning & then four in the afternoon. Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day.
