guarana extract (Paullinia cupana) [22% caffeine] (62,5%);  korean ginseng extract (Panax ginseng) [10% ginsenosides] (7,8%); american ginseng extract (Panax quinquefolium) [5% ginsenosides] (7,8%); capsule shell (gelatine; colour – titanium dioxide); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Take a single serving of the product – 2 capsules, wash down with approx. 300 ml of water. Take 2 times daily, preferably before breakfast and 30 min. before the workout.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Azorubine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
