The recommended daily portion is 6 g (1 scoop).

Dissolve a single serving of the product – 3 g (0.5 measuring spoon) in 300 ml of water. Take two portions a day. On training days: 1. serving 30 min. before training; 2. serving, immediately after training. On non-workout days: 1 serving in the morning, 2nd serving before bed.
