Our raw creamed honey is a fantastic mixture of raw oilseed rape honey and raw wildflower honey. Creamed honey was created to provide a consistent product. Unlike our wildflower honeys that will eventually set, creamed honey will stay a buttery like consistency without setting so you can rely on it being spreadable instead of crystallised. There is no cream in the honey, its just the way in which we get it to a creamy like state. For the easiest explanation we whisk the two honeys together, like you would double cream, until the honey becomes the right consistency. Creamed honey is strong in flavour and great for spreading on toast in the morning.
