Deliciously crunchy and light, this gluten free crumble mix takes just 2-3 minutes to prepare. Just rub in butter and a tablespoon of water and use it to top 500g of lightly poached fruit. This will make 6-7 servings of delicious dessert crumble which will stay crunchy and light until you are ready to serve it.

Serve with freshly made custard or whipped cream.
