Conjugated Linoleic Acid Oil, Capsule Shell [gelling agent (gelatine), humectant (glycerol, purified water), natural colour (caramel, titanium dioxide).

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule three times a day with food. Can be increased to a maximum of four capsules daily if required. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
