Ghee is lactose and casein free and a great source of vitamins A, D, E and K.

It has a very high smoke point, so won't burn like butter. Change your cooking oil and you change your food!

Made using only organic British butter from happy grassfed cows and organic fresh turmeric root we cook our ghee in small batches, removing the lactose and casein to make your tummy feel happy.
