A delicious cooking oil that can be used in high temperature cooking.soil association certified ghee, made in small batches by us to ensure artisan quality. Our ghee is made in Devon from Organic West country butter. Delicious nutty taste to be used as a healthy alternative to cooking oil in all frying/baking/roasting. A healthy fat that remains stable at high temperatures. Tastes like butter but better!
