Edible crickets are low in calories, and really high in minerals like calcium and iron. They taste like nutty shrimps; try them coated in soy sauce and roasted at 180 degrees centigrade for 10-15 minutes. Once they turn crispy, sprinkle with a pinch of white pepper and chilli powder for a great snack.
