This Apple Cider Vinegar gives you all the benefits of apple cider vinegar plus the benefits of Manuka honey and is suitable for use either as a tonic or a culinary ingredient. Apple Cider Vinegar has a long history in folk lore and herbal medicine as a versatile health aid. The Manuka Honey is certified 10+ NPA and contains iron, zinc and B vitamins.

Our apple cider vinegar is bursting with nutrients and enzymes that work to facilitate good body balance and joint health.

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (75%), Active Manuka Honey (20%), Clover Honey (5%).

As a tonic take two tablespoons daily, either straight from the spoon or mixed into fruit juice. As a refreshing drink, dilute with cold water (or a mixer of your choice), add ice and mint or lemon.

We love to use it in salad dressings and because our ACV is a honeygar you do not need to add sugar or honey.
