Gluten Free Flour (Potato Starch, Sarrasin Flour), Saltanas (12.5%), xylitol (a natural sugar substitue), Gluten Free Baking Powder (acid sodium Pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), xamthan gum, pectin.

Just add butter and natural yoghurt or soya yoghurt to make 6 delicious sultana scones.
