Geo Organics Pastes - Tikka Masala Curry 180g

Water, tomato paste (22.5%)*, sunflower oil*, white wine vinegar*, ginger purée*, garam masala*, (coriander*, cinnamon*, ginger*, cloves*), ground coriander*, garlic purée*, turmeric, sea salt, Chilli powder*, Cumin, Paprika*, Ground cinnamon*. *Organically Produced.

Chicken/Tofu Tikka Masala:
Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a pan, add a medium diced onion powder and a small diced red pepper, fry until softened. Add 8oz diced chicken/tofu and 1/2 jar of Tikka Masala Curry Paste (for best results combine chicken or tofu with paste and leave to marinade over night). Stir continuously for 5 minutes on a medium heat. Add 200g tinned chopped tomatoes. Simmer gently until the chicken/tofu is cooked (approx 10/15 mins). Add 2 tablespoons fresh plain yoghurt, garnish with fresh coriander (optional) and serve with boiled rice and naan bread.
