Garnell Nutrition lean force offers a powerful and maximum strength formula. It utilises numerous specialised ingredients including hypergenix which is a proprietary blend, developed exclusively by us to give simply incredible results, yet without the jittery side effects. This blend consists of l tyrosine, caffeine, guarana, in extract form for added potency and l phenylalanine. The lean force formula also contains green tea, citrus aurantium, dandelion leaf and other key nutrients.

In an aim to provide significant stimulant, without the jittery side effects of ephedrine, we have developed an exclusive proprietary herbal blend called hypergenix. This includes caffeine and guarana, which are both well recognised stimulants, which have also been shown to facilitate fat loss and reduce fatigue. Tyrosine, which is a precursor to the mood elevating compound dopamine and is also required for the manufacture of thyroid hormones, along with phenylalanine, another constituent and again a precursor to mood elevating compound dopamine.

The new formula includes green tea, which has recently come to light due to the high polyphenols (catchin) content, which is believed to have many benefits including antioxidant, fat mobilization and also for thermogenic properties. The green tea selected is one of the most potent green tea formulations available, standardised for 95 percent polyphenols (70 percent catchins), especially high in the catchin called epigallocatechin gallate, called EGCG.

Lean force also provides citrus aurantium. This is sometimes referred to as bitter orange and contains an active compound called synephrine. Citrus aurantium has been widely used in traditional chinese medicine of centuries. It is reported to have similar effects to that of ephedrine, suppressing appetite and boosting metabolism, but without some of the negative side effects, thought to be due to the way that it works giving stimulation of specific adrenergic receptors, beta 3, but not beta 1, beta 2 or alpha 1.

Vegetable cellulose (HPMC), L-tyrosine, Caffeine anhydrous, Green tea, Citrus aurantium, Guarana 4:1 extract, Dandelion leaf, Cayenne powder, L-phenylalanine, Kelp, Potassium citrate, Naringen, Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide).

2 capsules, twice per day, 20 minutes before meals and/or exercise. Do not take close to bed time.
