This organic, cold pressed oil consists of an innovative Vegan blend of Fig seed oil, Poppy seed oil, Pumpkin seed oil, Algae oil, Pomegranate oil, Sea Buckthorn oil, Flaxseed oil, Hemp seed oil and Avocado oil. This blend will ensure you receive a full complement of Omega’s 3, 5, 6, 7 and 9. Essential fatty acids such as Alpha Linoleic Acid and Linoleic Acid (Omega 3’s) are integral for human health and cannot be made by the body. This means they must be consumed in the diet in the form of vitamins and minerals. We need these for our health and optimum functioning vitality. Internal use only. I tablespoon daily mixed with smoothie, juice or as a salad dressing. Oil should be used within 6 weeks once it has been opened. Storage Fushi Fresh-Pressed Vegan Omega Totale oil, cold pressed and fresh from harvest is stored in a protective dark glass bottle. Glass is important as it doesn’t contain chemicals, and they are 100% environmentally friendly and recyclable. • For maximum freshness it is ideal to consume within six weeks of opening. • Best stored in the fridge, however this is not essential. • Always keep away from light and store in a cook dark place.

Cautions: Do not take if pregnant or breast-feeding. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children.
