This simple skin care essential is made from konjac, which is a porous root vegetable that's native to asia.

This sponge is an all natural replacement for the natural sea sponge (which is a living creature!).

The sponge arrives as a hard hemisphere until moistened, when it becomes silky soft.

Once soft the sponge is so beautifully gentle that its even soft enough for babies and great for applying facial washes and even for removing makeup.

Care: The sponge should NOT be wrung out but should be allowed to dry naturally.

As with any sponge, you should replace every 2-3 months.
