Although they do not need to, mainstream curry pastes and mixes all too often do contain gluten, dairy and other allergens. Here, however is a quality Tikka Curry Paste, free from wheat, gluten, dairy, soya, added sugar, celery, mustard, nuts, and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. A lovely curry bite, nice easily identifiable coriander, paprika and tamarind, thickened with cornflour. Was a thickener really needed at all, we wondered?
