Water, Carrots* (33%), Creamed Coconut* (3%), Rice Flour*, Vegetable Bouillon*(Sea Salt, Maltodextrin *,Rice Folur*,Vegetables*(7%)(Onions*, Carrots*,Parsnip*), Yeast Extract (Gluten Free), Sunflower Oil*, Parsley*, Turmeric*), Sunflower Oil*, Sea Salt, Ground Black Pepper*.

Empty contents into a saucepan and heat gently for 3 minutes whilist stirring. Do not boil or overheat, as this will impair the flavour.
Microwave(800/900W) : Place the contents in a mocroware dish , cover and microwave on full power for 2 minutes and stir, heat for another 1 minute on full power. Stir well before servings.
