Caulirice Lemongrass and Chilli flavour, made with fresh Cauliflower grains. One of your 5 a day. Gluten Free, preservative Free and lower in calories than Rice Potatoes or Pasta. Packed in a perfectly portioned microwavable pouch and ready to serve in just two and a half minutes

Parcooked Cauliflower (94.4%), Lemon Zest (1.2%), Coconut Cream (0.8%), Coconut (dessicated), Lemon Juice, Garlic (powder), Coriander (powder), Lemon Grass (powder), Salt, Coriander Leaves (dried), Chilli Flakes.

Microwave:

Tear open top of pouch and stand upright in the microwave. Cook for the time shown. Serve with care, contents may be hot. 2 half minutes at 900W, 3 minutes at 750W.

Dry Fry:

Empty contents of pouch into a preheated frying pan. Add 1 tablespoon of water and cook for time shown or until tender. Stir regularly to ensure even cooking. Serve immediately. 6 minutes or until tender.

Store pouch in a cool, dry place. Once opened, cook and consume immediately. Do Not Reheat.
