Hale & Hearty Foods Choco Jungle Bar 100g

100g of Dairy Free Margarine (sunflower) (don’t use soya based as does not respond as well when heated)
250g of dark chocolate (or vegan suitable chocolate)
120g of Hale & Hearty Choco Jungle  Cereal
3-5 tablespoons of Hale & Hearty Original Agave Syrup
40g of marshmallows chopped into pieces.
60g of roughly chopped macadamia nuts or 60g or sultanas

Melt the chocolate & the margarine slowly over bain marie (or in the microwave for speed but do not let it boil over)
Stir in the agave syrup until you get a smooth consistency.
In a separate large bowl add the Choco Jungle Cereal, bit of marshmallows and the nuts or sultanas
Pour the smooth, runny chocolate mixture onto the above and blend with a wooden spoon so everything is coated in chocolate.
Place the mixture in on a baking tray lined with foil and then cling film. Press down onto the baking tray to form a smooth layer.
Once slightly cool, place cling film over the entire mixture.
Refrigerate for 2 hours until it has set.
Once set remove the cling film and cut into squares.
