This mackerel is known as Southern Mackerel (scomber colias) and is fished by small locally owned boats off the coast of Portugal. Because this mackerel is meatier and less oily, we cut it into special fillets and then add a blend of tomato pure, olive oil and chilli.

Gluten free, Dairy free,
