Vitalife Express

Our Vitalife Express program features products that are available for next-day shipping, surcharge-free processing, and double reward points.

Next-day Shipping

If you order with us before 1pm, you'll be able to receive your item the very next day (Mon-Fri only). All Express item orders are shipped on a tracked service, where you'll receive a link to stay updated with the progress of your parcel.

If you order both Vitalife Express and standard items together, your Express items will still be sent on a next day service, shortly followed by your standard item(s) delivery.

Surcharge-free processing

Due to our fulfilment setup and pricing structure, we have to charge fulfilment fees on some items to cover pick, pack, and material fees. However, these are waived on Vitalife Express items - giving you a surcharge-free checkout experience, so you only pay for the product and shipping, no extra fees.

Double reward points

On every order with us, when you order through your registered account, you'll receive a point for every £ spent. These points can then be redeemed against future purchases at a redemption value of £0.01 per point. When you order Vitalife Express items, you'll receive double the regular number of reward points that you would typically receive for standard items of the same value - effectively giving you £0.02 back for every £ spent - that you can then redeem on your next purchase.
