A nutritious Gluten Free loaf made from maize flour, rice and flax seeds. Best served lightly toasted.

The Sourdough process has been used for over two thousand years as a means of naturally leavening bread. The sourdough process is nutritionally superior, as it allows for a more digestible bread, full of flavour. We only use the finest Organic rye grains, which we stonemill ourselves at the bakery, using fresh flour, for each batch. These breads are totally wheat free, hence low in gluten, as well as being yeast free.

Organic maize flour (36.76%), filtered water, organic long grain rice (5.31%), organic linseed (1.33%), sea salt, binder (guar gum).

Delicious toasted!

Produced in a bakery that handles nuts and sesame.
