Nicotinamide 100% DC, Disodium Tetraborate EP Granular, Stearic Acid Powder PhEur Vegetable Grade, Silicon Dioxide, Vitamin B6 Pyridoxine HCL PhEur, Sodium Croscarmellose NF, Magnesium Stearate PhEur Vegetable Grade, Thiamine Mononitrate DC (Thiamine Mononitrate, Methylcellulose), Vitamin B2 Riboflavin Powder DC, Folic Acid BP, Sodium Selenite, Potassium Iodide PhEur, Vitamin B12 BP Crystalline.

One caplet per day to be swallowed (with liquid if required) preferably with food, each morning.
