ASHWAGANDHA MAX contains ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera) with high concentration of vitanolids – 30 mg of vitanolids in one capsule. ASHWAGANDHA MAX is recommended to athletes who follow a strenuous training regimen and are exposed to the effects of stress.

Ashwagandha extract [whole plant] (Withania somnifera) [9% withanolides] (71,3%); capsule shell (gelatine; colours – titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides, patent blue V); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Take a single serving of the product ‒ 1 capsule with 250 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily, preferably during a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product.
