Strath® Vitality Food supplement enriched with natural magnesium
The magnesium in Strath contributes:

Plasmolysed herbal yeast 78 %, magnesium oxide, corn starch, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), gelling agent (pectin), anticaking agent (silicon dioxide).
Dosage
Adults: 2 – 3 × 2 tablets daily with water before meals.
Children: half the dose.
Strath Vitality can be taken as a course of treatment for a period of 2 to 4 months. A longer period of use is also advisable in the event of continuing increased requirement and is safe to take.
