Twist the cap off and hold the stick upright.

Place the GO2 stick closely under each nostril, hold the opposite nostril closed and inhale slowly and deeply.

Please do not insert the stick directly into the nostril.

Use whenever the desired effect is needed. Close the cap after each usage to maintain the freshness and longevity of your GO2 Stick.
