Emile Noel, Organic, Extra Virgin, Cold Pressed, Rapeseed Oil is a dark yellow oil form the first mechanical pressing of the seed. Also know as Canola oil in some countries, this oil has a delicate, sweet cabbage flavour (think, crunchy, sweet raw cabbage - if you love coleslaw, you will love this oil). This virgin oil is recommended only for dressings and cold preparation and not for frying. It contains a high level of unsaturated fats, made up of 8% Omega 3, 20% Omega 6 and 63% Omega 9 for a balanced nutritional profile, suited to maintain cardiovascular health and regulate blood cholesterol levels.
