Dr Zak's high-protein bagels are made using a signature blend of protein isolates, seeds and multigrain. They are packed with 24g of protein and contain 40% less carbohydrate than a standard bagel. As well as packing a protein punch, the bagels are also low in sugars and high in fibre, making them both delicious and nutritious.
